DELIVERY POLICY

SHOUZHU LLC provides advertising, brand strategy, creative campaign, and performance-growth services. We sell professional services and digital deliverables only; we do not ship physical products.

Delivery of services
Your service timeline, deliverables, milestones, and any required client inputs are set out in your proposal, order confirmation, or written scope of work. Work begins after scope, timing, and any required payment or onboarding information are confirmed.

Digital delivery
Strategy documents, creative files, reports, and other deliverables are normally provided electronically by email or through an agreed project workspace. Delivery timing may change if approvals, access, feedback, or information needed from the client are delayed.

Third-party services
Media spend, software, printing, production, platform fees, and other third-party services are not physical shipments from SHOUZHU LLC. Any third-party terms, lead times, and charges will be communicated in the applicable proposal or change order.
