REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective date: September 3, 2026

SHOUZHU LLC provides professional advertising, creative, brand strategy, and performance-growth services. Our work is customized for each client and may include digital deliverables, reserved production capacity, and third-party media or production costs. We do not sell physical products.

Before work begins
You may request to cancel an order before work begins by contacting support@shouzhullc.com with your order number and project details. If work has not begun, we will refund amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs already approved or incurred.

After work begins
Once work has begun, payments for completed work, reserved team capacity, approved production, media, platform, or other third-party costs are non-refundable. Where appropriate, we will work with you in good faith to identify unused scope or future service credit.

Scope changes
Changes to approved scope, timelines, deliverables, or third-party spend may require a revised estimate or written change order. Refunds are not available for services or deliverables that have been completed, delivered, or approved.

For cancellation, billing, or refund questions, email support@shouzhullc.com. Please include your business name, order number, and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within two business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
