TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your purchase and use of services offered by SHOUZHU LLC (“SHOUZHU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services and scope
We provide advertising, brand strategy, creative campaign, and performance-growth services. A project’s scope, deliverables, fees, timing, assumptions, and client responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal, order confirmation, statement of work, or written change order. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement controls.

Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access, and rights to the materials you ask us to use. You confirm that your supplied content does not infringe another party’s rights or violate applicable law.

Fees and third-party costs
Fees are due as stated at checkout or in the applicable written agreement. Media spend, platform fees, production, printing, talent, software, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included. You are responsible for approved third-party costs.

Intellectual property
Each party keeps ownership of materials it owned before the project. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to final deliverables stated in the applicable scope. Working files, concepts not selected, methods, templates, and pre-existing materials remain SHOUZHU property unless a written agreement says otherwise.

No guaranteed results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular level of revenue, leads, engagement, rankings, platform approval, or other business result.

Termination and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any project-specific written agreement.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOUZHU LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from a service order will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the affected services.
